Below is some of the artwork that I've done over the course of my life.
This is a drawing of a dragon that I made during my first semester studying computer sciences. It was made mainly as a way for me to experiment with the gel pens that I had recently aquired.
This is a drawing of a honairy (Ho-oh, Dragonair and Dratini). I drew it because a friend of mine brought a picture of one to me and essentially told me to do so. The colors were slightly distorted when I scanned it, so I had to make some color adjustments to the image file afterwards, which is why the texture may seem slightly bizarre in places.
This is a drawing of an angel who has been imprisoned in a cage. I drew it while coming home from school on a bus during grade 11.
This is a painting of a plant that's kicking around my house. I wanted to experiment with water colour paints in a way which I had not before done and thus this painting was born.
This is a painting of an eskimo standing beside his igloo. It was done as an art project in grade 10 and, as I recall, the teacher's comments included multiple statements pertaining to the abundance of white space. It was painted with some paint pucks that were hanging around the art room.
This is a sketch of a kitchen. This is another project from my grade 10 art class, wherein we were instructed to replicate a picture found in a magazine. It showcases an older couple exploring their new kitchen and probably took me about half an hour to complete.
This is a sketch of a girl listening to music. I drew this in stages throughout the course of a summer. It is not an actual person, and is based mostly on my imagination. I spent a lot of time experimenting with shading and showcases what is likely one of the best complete faces I've ever drawn.
This is a rather old drawing of a crying angel that I drew a few years ago. I found it in an old sketchbook and decided to scan it mostly to preserve the image. Since the drawing was faded in places and had specks of debris on it, I edited it to the extent that it doesn't entirely appear to be a drawing anymore.
This is a painting of a person falling through specks of colour while listening to music. This was a somewhat simple painting to complete and involved flicking paint onto the canvas. I'm rather pleased with how it turned out.
This is a painting of a flame… or is it a face?
